HINT:

• The sound may skip when driving on an unpaved road.

• Sudden temperature changes in the cabin will cause condensation inside the CD player and prevent it from playing.

CHECK CD

The CD is clean.

HINT:

If dirt is on the CD surface, wipe it clean with a soft cloth from inside to outside in a radial direction.

NOTICE:

Do not use a conventional record cleaner or antistatic preservative.

CLEAN CD

CHECK CD

(a) Check that the CD is not deformed or cracked.

No deformation or cracks on the CD.

CD IS FAULTY

CHECK OPERATION USING ANOTHER CD

(a) Check using another CD.

(1) Check if the problem recurs using another CD. OK:

The problem does not occur.

CHECK RADIO RECEIVER

(a) Check the radio receiver installation condition.

(1) Check that the radio receiver is properly installed. OK:

Radio receiver is properly installed.
