5. INSTALL DRIVE PLATE & RING GEAR SUBASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)

(1) Using SST, hold the crankshaft.

SST 09960-10010 (09962-01000, 0996301000)

(1) Using SST, hold the crankshaft.

SST 09213-54015 (91651-60855), 0933000021

(c) Clean the bolt and the bolt hole.

(d) Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the bolt end. Adhesive:

Part No. 08833-00070, THREE BOND or equivalent

(e) Install the front spacer, drive plate and rear spacer with the 8 bolts. Uniformly tighten the 8 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration. Torque: 98 N*m (1,000 kgf*cm, 72 ft.*lbf)
