Pinion Flange Oil Seal
1. Raise and support vehicle. Drain differential oil. Remove drive shaft. See DRIVE SHAFT .
2. Using a hammer and chisel, loosen stake area on drive pinion lock nut and remove nut. Using Puller Set (09950-30011), remove companion flange from drive pinion. Using Oil Seal Puller (09308-10010), remove oil seal from differential housing.
3. Remove oil slinger (if equipped). Using Drive Pinion Front Bearing Remover (09556-22010), remove front bearing from drive pinion.
4. Using Oil Seal Puller (09308-00010), remove front bearing outer race. Using a screwdriver, remove oil
