3. INSTALL FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER

4. INSTALL FRONT DISK BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY

a. Install the disc, brake caliper and 2 bolts.

b. Install the brake line clamp to the steering knuckle with the bolt. Torque: 28 N*m (285 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf)

5. CONNECT FRONT SPEED SENSOR

a. Connect the speed sensor and wire harness clamp to the steering knuckle with the 2 bolts.

6. CONNECT WIRE HARNESS CLAMP

a. Connect the speed sensor and wire harness clamp to the steering knuckle with the 2 bolts.

7. INSTALL FRONT AXLE LOCK NUT (for 4WD)

a. While applying the brakes, tighten the nut.

b. Install the lock cap and a new cotter pin.

If the holes for the cotter pin are not aligned, tighten the nut further up to 60°.

8. INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB GREASE CAP

9. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL

10. DEPRESS BRAKE PEDAL SEVERAL TIMES

11. INSPECT FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT

12. INSPECT SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL (See CALIBRATION )

13. PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION OF STEERING ANGLE, MASTER CYLINDER PRESSURE, YAWRATE AND DECELERATION SENSORS
